1. Provider

FinanceFlowPro is provided by Frius BV (VAT: BE0438637067), Klein Laarstraat 19, 9120 Vrasene, België (“Provider”).

2. Scope & acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Service description

The service helps you import/synchronize financial transaction data, categorize transactions (optionally AI-assisted), and generate reports/workflows.

4. No professional advice

The service does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Outputs (including AI suggestions) are informational only. You remain responsible for verification and decisions.

5. Customer content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant Provider a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use or rights infringement
• No attempts to bypass security, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• You confirm you have the right to upload and process the data you provide

7. AI features

AI-assisted categorization may be inaccurate. You must validate before relying on results. Provider may impose limits to prevent abuse and protect service quality.

8. Billing

Access to certain features may require a paid plan or entitlement. Billing is handled via our payment provider. Non-payment may result in restriction or suspension.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and incidents can cause downtime.

10. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Provider’s total liability in connection with the service is limited to the lower of (a) fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) € 1,000 — except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud or willful misconduct).

11. Indemnification

You indemnify Provider against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Provider may suspend or terminate for non-payment, abuse, or material breach. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy retention rules.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Antwerp (Belgium), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
